Transactions can be refunded in full or in part, both refunds are made directly onto the original payment card. You can refund a transaction up to 45 days from the date it was made.
To do a full refund, follow these steps:

From the Home Screen, navigate to the Transaction Management Section and choose “Transactions”.

Select the relevant transaction to refund

Now, choose “Issue Refund”

Insert the Security PIN – If you need to correct a mistake, use the arrow in the bottom right corner

Input the full amount of the original transaction

Confirm by pressing the “Refund” button

Present the card used in the original transaction

The terminal will show “Approved” to confirm the refund was successful and you’ll have the option to print out a receipt
