There are several ways of checking whether a transaction was successful and they differ slightly for online payments and terminal users.
User portal: B-Online
Successful transactions for both terminal transaction and online payments can be checked in our user portal B-Online. Quick and easy steps to confirm these transactions can be found here: Where can I locate a transaction?
Firstly, take a look at the terminal receipt:
Transaction was unsuccessful or denied: Please act accordingly. Keep the terminal receipt for yourself, and your client can take a photo of the receipt, just in case.
Receipt did not come out at all: Try to print the copy of the last transaction. If it is printed and shows a successful attempt, it means the transaction went through. If the transaction at issue cannot be found there, it has not gone through.

You can also query a transaction by emailing us at email@example.com, including a brief description of what happened and attaching a copy of the terminal receipt.
