No worries, we are here for you! We can refund the transaction if you email us at email@example.com, explain what happened and attach a copy of the transaction's receipt. You must confirm whether you want to refund the entire amount on the receipt or just a portion (e.g. if a customer returned some items, but kept others).
This should reflect in the cardholder's bank account within 3-10 working days.
