All transactions are processed by SaltPay after 11pm, when the batch is automatically sent from your terminal.
Settlements are paid on the following business day, Monday to Friday, which means that you will not receive settlement payments on Saturdays, Sundays or Public/Bank Holidays.
When transactions have not been settled, there are several possible reasons, such as:

A standing debt towards SaltPay

A system error
