What is a successful transaction?
A successful transaction is a transaction that was approved in the system and will thereafter be transferred to your settlement, after all fees have been deducted. SaltPay pays out all successful transactions on the following business day.
What is an unsuccessful transaction?
A transaction is unsuccessful when it is not processed and the amount is not deducted from the customer’s card. There might be various reasons for an unsuccessful transaction, as connectivity issues, wrong inserted PIN, insufficient funds, unsupported card, declined by the cardholder's bank, etc.
